Who I am, where I've come from and how I work.
Hello, I'm Lynette Tidy
I've spent over 20 years in organisational development, learning and development, and leadership. I've worked across education, retail, manufacturing, housing and global organisations, including Procter & Gamble and Kao.
I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development, and I also coach through sport and wellbeing.
I'm currently completing ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching (accreditation) and working towards EMCC accreditation, with supervision. It's strengthening my practice as an executive coach, and it's why I'm offering Founding Client places.
