I'm completing ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and EMCC accreditation. The Founding Client Programme is how I'm achieving it: working with senior and executive clients as part of my accreditation. It's an opportunity for senior leaders and executives to work with me, and to have a confidential, brave space to explore the real challenge in front of them.

A Seat at the Table for Anyone Else
The gift of pro bono coaching to someone who deserves it. Every Founding Client place helps fund complimentary coaching for someone who might not otherwise have access, including individuals within or supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, Young Women's Programmes, Women in Leadership initiatives, individual athletes or those supporting young athletes, and social and community organisations.
